Appointments
All appointments must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. If an appointment slot you are requesting is filled or unavailable, a Waiting List can be offered but cannot be guaranteed. Schedule your appointment online or by calling 818.482.1780



24 Hour Rescheduling Policy

A 24-hour notice enables ample time to inform any clients who are on a waiting list for availability. This also allows time to prepare for any changes made to the daily schedule. We appreciate your courtesy on this matter. To reschedule your appointment, please call 818-482-1780 immediately.

 

No Shows

Urban Butterfly is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and not set-up as a walk-in basis. Because of this, our Skincare, Thread & Wax Appointments are specially organized for you only.... Set up time & proper preparation is always considered to provide the best service. If you No Show to your appointment without any notice 24hours prior, this not only burdens your provider, it devalues service standards for others who were possibly awaiting an open slot. Please be curtious to your Esthetician and others who love their lashes and skin. Time is of the essence. Any Schedulicity convenient online booking for a client who no show'ed their appointment may be charged 50% of their scheduled service. Thank you for your understanding.

 

*NOTE: Any discount program campaign customers (groupon / lifebooker / amazon local / signpost)  who do not provide a 24hr cancellation or No Show to their scheduled appointment will be considered an automatic forfeiture of their voucher purchase. Urban Butterfly will not be liable or responsible for any credit or cash refunds under these terms.
 

Arriving Late

In consideration of clients schedules, all service visits must conclude on time. Please be aware that if you delay your scheduled appointment, your service will finish at the regular scheduled ending time or rescheduling your appointment may be suggested if late 15min or more. 

 

Client Questionare and Release

To ensure the quality of our best treatment, a Client Questionnaire & Release form before any service will be provided to complete. This is to ensure that Urban Butterfly is aware of any Eye, Skincare, Lifestyle, Medical issues or changes that can possibly affect your treatment / service before service. Questionnaires can be emailed previous to your appointment by request only. 



Privacy Policy

Urban Butterfly enforces all HIPAA Compliance Standards. Your personal information will not be shared with any Third Party or outside company. This information is kept safe and is completely and professionally confidential.

 

Eyelash Touch Up Guarentee

Our 1 week Touch-up courtesy appointments are offered to our first time clients and must be scheduled during initial appointment on weekdays only (excluding Friday) or to choose alternate on walk-in basis. walk-in option does not guarentee same designer or waiting periods to be seen unless your aesthetician feels you are to be seen immediatley. 



Payment

Payment is collected after service rendered and ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Cash and Credit Cards are accepted.  Only Check with a valid I/D is accepted in person. A fee of $1.50 will be added for any service and or product purchase paid with credit card under $25. Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in any service price. In appreciation of outstanding service, all gratuities are accepted and very appreciated by our staff. Thank you.



Product Return Policy

Urban Butterfly accepts returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of the original purchase, accompanied by the original sales receipt. 

Shipped Orders

If you are sent an incorrect item due to our error, contact us @ 818-482-1780  We will ship the correct item immediately as well as dispatch UPS to pick up the incorrect item to be returned to us. In this case, please package the incorrect item in the original shipping box to ensure its safety.

If you ordered the wrong product, contact us. You are able to return this item (unopened, unused) and exchange it for the correct item. To do so, you must return this item at your own expense. Upon receipt of the product, we will ship the exchanged item. Shipping charges may apply when we ship the exchanged item.A  25% processing fee applies.

When shipping returns/exchanges back to urban butterfly, please ship them in the box they were originally sent to you in, or a similar box. Please do not ship our products in a padded envelope. This does not keep products safe from damage.

Please note, original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded on returns and exchanges.

 

All Products

We will accept any product back within 30 days of original purchase as long as 90% of the product is unused and original packaging is safe from any damage or wear. If you had an allergic reaction to one of our products, please contact us.
